I am a qualified Transactional Analyst (TA) Psychotherapist and Supervisor and UKCP registered for both.
I consider myself an integrative practitioner pulling from my main modality, relational TA, and other traditions including dream work, mindfulness and work with metaphor. I draw on experience and training to direct the therapy to be most helpful for each individual.
As well as these roles I am a tutor and lecturer in both TA and Humanistic Psychotherapy.

I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and psychotherapist and have over nine years experience working in this way. I have a private practice based in Hove and Seaford, and also see clients online.
I am a PTSTA (P) so I am able to teach and supervisee TA trainees and qualified practitioners. I also have a diploma in supervision which means I am able to supervisee trainees and qualified practitioners from other modalities.
I am a core tutor at Connexus Institute teaching Transactional Analysis.
